this man has style, attitude and ego to spare(in the words of Cody Chestnut). it seems that i fall more in love with his style, music and finesse every time he appears on cover of a magazine or media piece. i have been working on incorporating various pieces into my own wardrobe. To really add a “Bruno Mars” flare into your closet you must own these 5 pieces.
i have never cared for women’s fedora..they seem to big although my head is big.lol
i like men fedoras because they seem to fit on your head just right
2. White T
since i purchase Hanes white T’s in Men…i have to wear the smallest size possible. they seem to fit better
who doesn’t own a pair of Chucks? I say get yourself a pair in basic colors-black, blue, red or grey.
they can be worn to the office or just chilling around the house in some jeans and a plan white T
4. The One & Only RayBans
I can pull off Bruno Mars Style with our these bad boys! I do not really care for the shiny coat but I prefer the matte finish.
I have been thinking about purchasing some eye glass frames with the RayBan Style.
switch it up. you can never go wrong with a blazer…it can be dressed up for the office or dressed down paired with some chucks(pic above)
since i have been a fan of Bruno Mars ,i found myself being more adventurous with styling. The styling possibilities are endless.
Fedoras come in many shapes and colors but it seems that Fedoras for men are more stylish than those for women. the history of Fedoras date all the way back to the 18th century and was inspired by a play. recently, women have started incorporating Fedoras in their wardrobe.
i own one Fedora but really didn’t know how to wear it ,but with some research here are some tips I have compiled.
Make Sure It Fits:ensure the front brim isn’t too tight nor too loose
Have Fun: try on many different styles until you are confident it is the one for you since face/head shapes vary from person to person
Express Your Personality:express your personality by changing the different angles of the Fedora.
Yes, I said it. Bruno Mars! On my way to work this morning something told me to listen to the new Bruno Mars single, “Locked Out Of Heaven”. For those that know me, you are aware I am a huge Bruno Mars Fan. I give it 5 Stars. It is has an upbeat tempo, retro and MoTown vibe. What best time than any to channel someone you admire or even have a crush on than during Halloween?
All there is left to do is incorporate his style: vintage and with a mix of doo wop. Where should i start? Oh yeah….vintage stores and thrift shops, of course! Here are some items I am planning to incorporate. Let me know what your thoughts are.
50’s, Charisma & Fedoras-Bruno is known for his signature Fedoras. My friend, Tai told me I could use her Fedora she picked up from a vintage shoppe in Savannah over the summer. Yay, me!
He moved the crowd at the 54th Grammy Awards last night. I remember when he first stepped on the scene with his well-manicured hair and gorgeous smile. Girls such as myself had a knew found love: Bruno Mars! I knew then he was something to look further into. He grew up loving Doo Wop music of the 60’s on the island of Hawaii but later traveled to L.A. to further his love of music.
As I watched him open up the 54th Grammy Awards he maintained my full attention: the dancing, the singing, the gold blazer. I later realized how much he has a sense of humor we he yelled
“Get off your rich asses and let’s have fun!”
I love Bruno Mars and his style so I put together some styles inspired by him.
his style is timeless
Rock & Roll
Edgy:A leather jacket is a must have in any man’s wardrobe and in the pictures above, Bruno shows you why. A pair of slim jeans and a simple white t-shirt or a check shirt become edgy and trendy when paired with a leather jacket. The jacket, along with Bruno’s fedora, add attitude to him and make his style recognizable.
This look is casual and can be worn anywhere you go. It’s simple and easy to put together as it only consists of a few items. Men may find accessorizing a little more difficult, but once you find a bracelet or necklace you like, the job is done, because unlike women, men stick to a few pieces at a time, and don’t usually have a box full of bracelets, necklaces and rings to choose from.
