From an alter ego to the Toys R Us get up, there was definitely something to talk about after the VMAs last night! Can you say bears,toys and things? Nikki Minaj rocked a…..well let’s just say she was creative with whatever she rocked. What do you think? Leave It Or Loved It?
Despite all the news going on with what celebs wore, Bey wouldn’t not be undone with shutting down the show when she announced she will be a mommy! I think she looked stunning in a blood orange caftan dress by Lanvin, and then again during her performance in a sequined blazer and black trousers from Dolce & Gabbana’s fall RTW line. This will be Beyonce & Jay Z’s first child after 3 years of marriage. She shut down the show after her performance of “Love On Top Of Me”. She kinda gave everyone a hint before the performance when she to the announce “I want you to feel the love that’s growing inside of me”. I think Beyonce is a great performer and will definitely be a great mom. Big ups to Beyonce & Jay Z.
Katy arrived shimmying down the black carpet in a full-on Asian-inspired ensemble of epic proportions. Rocking a floral-embellished besequined light blue mini (and we’re talking MINI) with strappy neon coral heels, decorative flowers pinned into her newly pink hair (sidenote: we’re LOVING the pincurl waves, girl!) She looked stunning!
I was actually thinking about writing about Lady Ga Ga and her alter ego throughout the award show last night was a little bit too much for me.
