5 Events To Attend Fashion’s Night Out

September 8th IS HERE!.  We all know what that means… Fashions Night Out.  Yes, for a third year in a row, the event where designers, celebrities and shoppers come together to experience a shopping extravaganza to support great causes keeps getting bigger and better.  The event stretches from the East Coast to the West and doesn’t stop there.  If you won’t be able to physically participate, FNO is going viral.  You read correctly!  You can participate with your favorite designers through the Internet.  It does not get any better than that!

However, if you have decided that you want to come to hub of the event, New York City, here are five events that you won’t want to miss.

Fashion’s Night Out Event Guide Revealed 

-Sarah Jessica Parker and Manolo Blahnik at the 56th Street Boutique.  To help celebrate the special shoe designed between the two, Blahnik will also send a van to cruise around the city handing out milkshakes.

– Jason Wu, designer of First Lady Michelle Obama’s inaugural dress has designed a limited edition figurine for FNO.  Come meet him and pick up the doll at Bergdorf Goodman.

On FNO the Lomography Gallery Store – NYC will present “From Start to Finish: The Analogue Process of Fashion.” NYC designers Rebecca TurbowHayden-Harnett & more documented their design process for their upcoming collections through photographic storyboards. Follow their journey from inspiration, leading up to final product, which will be showcased live at the event.

– Join rag & bone’s Marcus Wainwright and David Neville, along with Carmelo Anthony and La La Anthony at the Soho store for their FNO bash.

– ‎Donna Karan New York and Marisa Berenson invite you to an exhibit of the yet-to-be released book, Marisa Berenson: My Life in Pictures. Marisa will be on hand to sign the books available for one night only at Donna Karan on FNO.
